5 out of 5 stars Great deal   December 15, 2008
Bought these for 20.99, my review is based upon the price.
Great shoes, took about 1 day to break them in. At first they felt very uncomfortable and rigid, but after the material had time to bend they became very comfortable. Look very stylish in the front, though the back sole leaves something to be desired.
These are stylish, and I've even picked them over my more expensive Guccis and Channels to wear clubbing.

Wouldn't pay over $40 for these. Reason I bought these was the great price. It's a shame that the next day I saw them discounted to 14.99 ;(

4 out of 5 stars Excellent for the price   December 22, 2008
I got these and tell people they are K Coles. They get the job done be I dont' expect them to last long. They remind of crocs sponge foam formed. There is a very tight fit with not much elastic on the ankle. I would only purchase one pair as a toss around shoe.

Great value. I previously bought a pair of Unlisted boots about 3 years ago and the quality was very poor but I took a chance on this pair and the quality has really improved.

3 out of 5 stars A decent shoe   August 30, 2008

I picked up this shoe for $25 on Amazon (I now see that it is at $20.99). My review is based on that price, rather than the retail price.

I have had good luck with Kenneth Cole shoes in the past, and decided to take a chance on this one. While the quality is definitely not comparable to a "real" Kenneth Cole shoe, it is good for its price range. My only real complaint is that some of the stitching on the side of the shoe has started to come loose already, which really is unacceptable at any price range. The shoe is very lightweight, and reasonably comfortable. The leather doesn't look great: there is a definite plastic-y quality to the shoe. The overall design is very attractive, however. As noted in another review, it is also somewhat tight. It is no worse than some other pairs of shoes that I own, but this is definitely not a "slip-on" shoe. Still, it's quicker than laces.

Overall, this is a good shoe for the price. If not for the stitching problem, I would have given this at least 4 stars. It's certainly better than almost any other men's shoe you can find for $20.

3 out of 5 stars not bad...not great...   August 31, 2008
These shoes aren't bad, but look cheap in person. They sort of look like a high end shoes you'd find in a superstore. Sketches would be better, clarks even better than that. They were cheap though so I kept them and will likely wear them once in a while. I like slip on shoes, but will look elsewhere next time.

I wear a 13 an these were true to size, though impossible to get on the first few times (and still) without a shoe horn.
